  • South Africans are the kindest people we've met yet: refreshingly warm, generous, and helpful. #
  • Delicious Indian food last night at Masala Dosa & top 3 burgers of all time tonight at Royal Eatery. Cape Town you're making us fat! #
  • OH last night: "oh, you will LOVE The Kruger!" [said with British accent & pinky sticking out while holding wine glass] #
  • Visited Robben Island and hiked Lion's Head today. Excited about the weekend in #CapeTown #
  • Got our #Mozambique visas, rental car, sleeping bags & tent. Africa, here we come! Now to get used to driving on the other side of the road #
  • Also, left our awesome CS home, and decided against an overland tour. Flying from #Moz to #Malawi to focus on those two, #SA and #Tanzania #
  • Today: Kristenbosch Botanical Gardens (7th best in the world!), wine tasting at Groot Constantia, Camps Bay. Cloudy but gorgeous #Capetown #
  • Using three adaptors to charge our iPod. #Africa #
  • Speaking of music, came across a Le Loup CD at a music store in Cape Town! Instant hometown pride :) #DC @elgreg #
  • saw a fun band tonight, Mr. Cat & the Jackal, at a great venue, The Waiting Room. Loving the live music opportunities in Cape Town! #
  • so thankful every day that we're able to have these experiences. #
  • cape town is the shizz. visited district six museum, company gardens, bo kaap, ate delicious cape malay food. perfect weather! #
  • #Capetown is great, but these bandwidth caps in are a rude awakening after our fast, unlimited access in Arg. Also can't change our pesos. #
